My favorite three easy ways to decorate your home for early spring are just that – easy. Early Spring decor can be minimal and still pretty.
I know I wrote in my cozy and simple winter decor post that I love what my home looks like after Christmas, but I am saying it again. I am all about simple, minimal, and pretty once the holidays are over ;).
With this next season of spring arriving sooner than we realize, I imagine I am not the only one looking for a change in weather and scenery – even if that means right inside our homes!
I say that because San Diego has had an extremely mild winter so far with a fair amount of days with temps in the 70’s. So it’s reasonable to say – I don’t know how much of my scenery OUTSIDE will be changing in the next few months 😂.
Although today it is actually raining in Sunny California soooo who am I to predict what the next few spring months are going to look like???

Items to Use for Early Spring Decor
Greenery
Do you know what lambs ear is? I honestly had no idea what it was up until about three years ago.
And now it seems I have many many different lengths of this greenery ;).
Silver dollar eucalyptus stems are also a recent find of mine that I am excited to use in multiple areas in my house this spring.
Books
I may sound like a broken record with my favorite decor items – but books are my go-to for all seasons.
There are so many great coffee table books nowadays. From travel to decor to art – whatever your interests are – you can easily find books to use in almost every place in your home ;).
Faux Tulips
If you are a regular follower here, you know I have become a little enamored with the color white…
Someone recently told me that the color white is known to be calming and helpful with anxiety. After the last two years, that would make sense that I have been using more white in my home – including white faux tulips ;).
I hope you found this post on how to decorate your home for early spring helpful 🌷. It is such a beautiful time of year with so many new possibilities and fresh starts ;).
