I am Pasha – planner, organizer, decorator, hostess, and traveler…
Thank you for coming to my blog where I plan to share all the things that make me – well – me!
I have had a problem sticking to just one niche as a blogger.
That said, I will make every effort here to give you inspiration for everything that makes me tick.
There are so many pieces that make all of us who we are – our experiences and ideas are what make us all unique!
I am taking this blogging leap with the hope that this blog becomes a place for you to come to be inspired for oh so many things in your life – or to just feel like you are not alone on this journey we call life.
My favorite things to do are projects in my house, read books with my book club, travel, and spend time with my friends and family.
Planning and organizing give me immense enjoyment – so much so that I might possibly, maybe, I don’t know – be a tad annoying to my family π€·ββοΈ.
Hosting friends at my home is also one of my FAVORITE pastimes.
I have been known to throw 100 person graduation parties even.
Did I mention I like to plan and be organized π?
I am going to pass along all my planning tips to help you with this too!
Maybe you will even start a book club or plan a gathering with my help (I hope anyway!!) βΊοΈ.
We bought our builder grade home back in 2003 and have been making many changes along the way – I even started painting and learned how to use a saw this year!
I have already written a post about how we learned to board and batten (we have the COVID pandemic of 2020 to thank for that skill…)!
I have been married to my high school sweetheart since July 3, 1993 – we did a red, white, and blue 4th of July theme πΊπΈ – we were young what can I say?
I tell people together we make one pretty great person – I.E. when we combine our positive traits, we can work really well together to accomplish our dreams and goals π.
But don’t get me wrong – MARRIAGE IS HARD!
My three kids are all young adults now so I love supporting others through the various stages of parenting and encouraging everyone along.
Did you see my post about what it’s like when the kids leave the nest?
Parenting is challenging – we do not have to do it alone!
My hope with this blog is that you are able to be inspired to take a trip, plan that party, decorate or organize that space, or just get some reassurance and encouragement that with all the stages and experiences of life – we are in this together.
Whether it is losing a loved one, starting your empty nester chapter, raising kids to be independent and (hopefully) happy adults, or just surviving the ups and downs of marriage – we got this!!
THANK YOU again from the bottom of my heart for following along! We are going to have fun getting to know each other better!
