Wondering how to make your home festive? A classy Christmas home tour is exactly what you need then! My home is filled with inspo for you…
Home tours are one of my most favorite blog posts to write :).
They are the perfect place to share all the little details in the most random of places in a home.
But also – I get the chance to join many many other talented bloggers in sharing our holiday inspo with you!
Be sure to scroll to the bottom to see all the other beautiful homes in this blog hop.
If you are coming here from my friend Cindy at Cloches and Lavender – WELCOME and thank you for stopping by!
I would love it if you stick around!
And heck you would make my holiday season if you sign up for my email list ;).
I am not even exaggerating when I tell you I DO NOT SEND DAILY EMAILS 😂.
In fact, you know I am on a roll when I send you an email two weeks in a row 🤪.
Oh – and if you want to know a little bit more about me – be sure to read my “About” page ;).
Now let’s get to that classy Christmas home tour – shall we??
Some of the links on this site are affiliate links, which means I might earn a small commission if you love something as much as I do at no additional cost to you… but I only recommend what I actually like myself!
Read the full disclosure here.
Sharing is Caring
In a rush?
I don’t actually change much on my Christmas front porch from year to year.
In fact, the wreath and garland are five years old and surprisingly still being sold 😳.
The big red burlap bow was purchased at the same time. But I sadly have never been able to find anything similar ;(.
The sign is from one of my favorite small shops called Minty Salvage ;).
The gold lanterns were an incredible find this last fall and I cannot speak highly enough about them!
Last summer my mom and I were rummaging through her attic and we found my old sled that I knew immediately would look so cool on my Christmas front porch!
The old skates I found on Etsy ;).
The presents are all empty Amazon boxes that I wrapped after I took my items out!!
I bought the white bench a couple of years ago and have so much fun each season changing the pillows out ;).
I have also set out a basket of treats on the bench for all the delivery people that are coming to my porch this holiday season.
Cuz let’s be honest – they sure as heck did make all of our lives easier this last two years – didn’t they???
Be sure to sign up for my email subscriber list as I will be sending this cute delivery person note later this week to everyone on the list!!
I have said it before – but here it is again – my entryway is one of my favorite spots in my house to decorate!!
I love the brick floors and the board and batten.
You can also read about all the details of my entryway including sources on my home tour pages.
The mercury ball garland sells out super fast every single year.
I personally have about five of them in different places around my house ;0!
Everything else are items I have collected over the last five years and change their placements in my house year after year…
If you have been around since last year, you are aware that this is the first year my living room space actually has furniture!
I am not one for a cramped look and never did find anything that looked right in this space until I randomly placed this small sofa in the room…
The tree is our very first faux Christmas tree that we got last month from Balsam Hill.
It is the 12 foot Fraser Fir tree 🎄.
And we have a 6.5 foot tall Alpine Balsam Fir tree in the corner of our family room ;).
Kitchen and Dining Spaces
I have written an entire blog post on my festive kitchen that you can find here.
I recently received new china from Lenox china to make my holiday dining room table beautiful.
I will be writing a blog post in the next few weeks with more details so stay tuned for that!!
As part of my classy Christmas home tour, I also want to include the festive decor in the bedrooms in my house ;).
I actually have written an entire blog post on how I decked the bedroom halls as well!
Be sure to check it out here ;).
I hope my classy Christmas home tour was helpful to you in finding inspiration with making your own home a place you can turn to for joy and delight this holiday season.
A quote I recently read in the Magnolia Journal that I find so poignant this time of year tells us that delight is always there and always ours for the taking ;).
Please be sure to scroll to the bottom of this post to see the rest of my blogging friends’ festive homes especially Jordan from A Blue Nest’s Old World Christmas Decor 🎄.
